Troubleshoot steps to follow on Sun DTH for signal related issues.
- Step 1: Turn off your Television and Sun Direct DTH set top box. Remove the Smart card from the set top box.
- Step 2: Clean the smart card with a dry cotton cloth and re-insert it into the Sun Direct DTH set top box.
- Step 3: After inserting your smart card in to the Sun Direct DTH set top box, switch on your television and the set top box to check the status of the issue.
