  1. Very poor service . I am having sun direct connection with number 4127 9103 299 . I have reported non working of set up box on 20.07.2016 and till this time ie 23.07.2016 10 am, nothing has happened after 6-7 calls to to your call center and two mails . My suggestion is to learn from other DTH providers. Dish TV and Tata sky is giving a service within 3-4 hours.If not within 4 hours, service should be there at least within 2 days. Horrible service . Donlt know the fate of this post is also same as that of calls to contact center and e-mails.

  2. It is veryy much regretted to record our dissatisfaction about the customer support we recieves from your team here in Thalassery. It is more than a week we did not get the box replaced (complaint SR 1-14726828665) and we were advised that its resolved. We dont know how your office got such a wrong info to informthe customer. Your service agent is not customer friendly and failed on several instances to meet their commitments.
